I’m passionate about helping clients connect to their bodies and train with purpose. As a retired professional dancer and 20+ years of training as an athlete, I was always plagued by injury and endured the rehabilitation process many times. I was looking for a way to build strength that would allow me to continue doing what I loved while also retraining my body to avoid injury. A career-threatening hip injury led me to Pilates, where I found what I had been looking for.

My classical Pilates education and holistic approach to wellness allows me to offer my clients training with an athletic and restorative approach. This education includes my studies at the University of California, Irvine as a Dance Major, with an emphasis in Kinesiology, injury prevention, a minor in education, prenatal and postpartum health, and specialized training for athletes. In addition to receiving my B.A. in Dance and minor in Education from UCI Irvine, I have further education from the Stanford University School of Medicine in Exercise Physiology, as well as years of studying under Los Angeles’ top physical therapists and pelvic health specialists in the areas of female health, prenatal and postpartum wellness, and athletic rehabilitation.

As a retired athlete and new mom, my world has come full circle. I’m here to provide my clients with my knowledge from both professional and personal experiences that have molded me into the woman and educator that I am. I look forward to supporting you and guiding you towards a stronger and healthier you.
